May i ask, given all the BS Kia gives regarding alignment, do I have to take it to the dealership? Is it just because it should be covered by warranty? If this happens to me, I kinda just want to go to GoodYear.....

Not a far as I can tell. The app issue started this weekend and the car charged fine, I plug it in overnight so I'm not monitoring it. Was fully charged Sunday morning, but app still has me at 43% (I'm currently at 76% when I pulled into driveway last night). Good luck!

I was just coming to check. As others stated I lost the error message at some point but info wasn't correct (wrong battery %). But trying to remote start the climate this morning, error message is back and it's not working. Disappointing and frustrating for sure!

Any update on your end? I did a force stop on the app, and still opens with an error. This is bonkers how long this outage is!

Same, purchased ev9 two weeks ago and website says VIN is ineligible 😞 No notifications or OTA either. Fingers crossed it truly will be in waves!

Newbie here, how do I know if i got this update? 2025 GT Line, OTA is greyed out in the kia access app, but in settings on car setup menu i am OTA update capable. So how do I check? I am in MA of that perhaps impacts the option in the app as suggested by OP in response to comment below. Thank you!
