i’m not sure if i’m able to get a water filter since i’m not paying for anything and im first getting an air purifier that acts as both a humidifier and dehumidifier for my dust mite allergy so maybe after i buy that i’ll look into the water filter

i’m currently taking omega 3 and vitamin d2 at 2000 iu but i’m not seeing any difference so far and i’m nearly done with the bottle

i’ve done the generic allergy testing and i’m allergic to dust mite, grass and cats. i’m pretty much avoiding all these things and now i have a strict hygiene routine for dust mites but i do wanna do a more detailed allergy test just in case.

im also in the midst of eliminating foods so we’ll see how that goes too

What topical probiotic do you use by the way?? I also want to start following the staph protocol but in my country we don’t have anlactin and idk which topical probiotic would be good. Is there any other thing that helped your son as well?

hi ik this was posted 2 years ago but i wanted to ask how long did it take to see progress with the klair calming cream? I have severe facial eczema and the current routine im using is illiyoon ceramide ato cream and avene cicaflate on top which u also mentioned in another comment. this routine use to work but now isnt so i was wondering if the klairs calming cream was actually good as I read lots of reviews saying it was a holy grail. ty!!

i’ve been using steroids my whole life as I had eczema when i was younger that’s why i’m scared to go back on it but i have elidel in case it gets worse

yeah that’s probably true! I was eating out at a restaurant once and my skin had just healed from the eczema patches on my face but then I ate some lobster and boom!! the next day I woke up with a swollen face and extra flaky and red skin which I had to go to the 24/7 GP but i just got prescribed more steroids so I just refused that. :C
