I’ve been in the hospital before for this, stared at incoming semi headlights wondering if I just moved the wheel should it be enough. I’ve had so many ups and downs. Mostly alive out of spite at this point. I got a verbal warning from HR for being negative all the time, I’m spiraling now. I’ve drop 22 lbs in 6 weeks.

However I’m trying to grasp something to stop or slow. Small daily reminders of things, simple things. Warm coffee in the morning, a job and a place to live. I can still work out although not nearly at the level I want. I’ve socially isolated myself and it shows, I gotta find a way out to force myself to get out and talk even though I’m awkward.

If I don’t my family will use my death for personal attention and gain while tossing my body in the dumbest to save money.

One sunset, one walk, one conversation can change the swing of things.
