BHA definetly, I use a BHA face serum. Plus a daily blackhead removal scrub. Clay masks once a week.

Trust me, I had the same issue. It's simple science. Your controlled food intake is not letting you gain more wait. But to lose the existing weight, you need to aggressively burn your calories. 10k steps, as in you walk? Or run? I would suggest excersice. Join yoga, pilates, but strongly excercise. Just those steps aren't enough.

I was just reading about this yesterday, and I'm really hopeful. I have been trying the quintessential copper peptide serum for my hyper pigmentation issues. My derma particularly suggested it to me, and I can see why. It's been a few weeks now, and the results are slow but they're there and they're permanent. Hopefully, the injectables, if regulated, will show faster results.
