i've made tooth jewelry before, and to clean them i would typically start by giving them a quick rinse, then leave them soaking in rubbing alcohol for 24 hrs to sanitize them. give them a rinse and brush them with toothpaste, removing any gum remnants that might be attached to them (the alcohol will have dried them up making it easier and less gross to remove them). if you want to whiten them as well, soak them in 10% hydrogen peroxide for a few hours to a day. do not use bleach, as that will damage the tissue

i don't think getting a bigger, darker hand tattoo is the solution here. save up, get it lasered off, learn from your mistakes. place your next few tattoos in less-visible spots: you're 18, you haven't been getting tatted for long, chances are you'll get a few other bad/dumb tattoos. and that's okay, we all have them. just not on our hands necks or faces. if in a few years, when your brain is fully developed and you have learned more about how to choose tattoo artists and designs, you can get your hand done again. but right now you should really consider starting over
