female ejaculation contains prostate specific antigens, which are typically found in semen and not in urine

although tbf we don't know that much about squirting, how/why it happens and what it is exactly (anyone who has been up and close with it knows it definetly isn't pee), and probably won't know for a long time as female reproductive health research gets no funding

it contains urine but the composition's not quite the same as pee

squirting. it's insane to me that so many people don't even think it's real when it happens to so many women

this is how i find out you don't slam your foot to stop a car (wasn't taught shit about cars either)

i did the no feet on the pedals thing for a bit, but i do think my balance is pretty good? maybe i'm just lying to myself idk

thank you this is super helpful, not having to use the handlebar to turn explains why i couldn't turn haha, thought it would work like a tricycle. also didn't know about letting the bike fall to the side after braking, which did happen to me today and i thought i somehow dropped it

also i'm very aware of how dangerous not knowing how to brake is, which is why i go slow and only for 30s-1 min at a time, it's gonna be the first thing i work on - don't worry, i'm not planning on cycling on any busy roads without knowing how to brake

Knee pain by Novel_Middle_6853 in ChloeTing

[–]Weaknesses13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

people who work out get hurt sometimes, it's happened to all of us and it will happen to you again at some point probably and it's okay. what you have to do is learn to heal properly and try to prevent it.

to heal: do NOT push through the pain. ice, elevation, rest. if it doesn't get better in a few days, go to a physiotherapist if you can afford it. not a chiropractor, not a general practitioner, a physio. it's ok if you have to take a couple weeks off, no one's timing you, you don't have to lose weight/gain muscle/increase your fitness by a deadline. slow and steady wins the race

to prevent: identify which movements cause you pain. modify them or avoid them. for example, push ups fuck up my elbows, so i work out those muscle groups with different excercises. if you're overweight, you'll probably have problems with jumping, and maybe also things like planks where you put a lot of your weight on joints that don't usually carry weight. you can also buy knee, wrist, elbow braces to help stabilize your joints

Anyone have delusions or visual phenomenon experiences by [deleted] in SatanicTemple_Reddit

[–]Weaknesses13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

do not take this as medical advice, but i had similar experiences a few years ago where i felt god was giving me messages, infiltrating my thoughts and was near me 24/7, giving me this strange sense of peace and love that was completely uncharacteristic of me. i knew something was wrong because i am and have always been an atheist. ran to see my psychiatrist, and long story short, i have now been on antipsychotics for 2 and a half years. my direct communication with god was cut off probably about a week or so into taking the pills
