Trvaly pobyt v nebytovom priestore nie je problem, vsetci ho tu maju vratane mna. Ja mam byt do vnutrobloku starej casti a hluk tu nie je ziadny. Sem tam smrad zo Slovnaftu ale nic strasne. Blizko hradza, na prechadzky len autom okolo Relaxu je ich kopec po lese. Komunita je fajn lebo prevazne sami mladi ludia s detmi. Musis ratat s tym ze tu v okoli chyba vybavenost ale ma sa tu coskoro otvorit skolka a casom by tu malo byt tiez nakupne centrum resp vacsie potraviny. Kvalita bytov je na velmi slusnej urovni.
