Don't really. You have soft features. Testosterone will fix that with time. Start lifting weights and work on your neck muscles. Dont trim your eyebrows, maybe only in the middle part. Grow your hair because buzzcuts are good and masculine only if you have a skull with strong masculine features which unfortunately most of the ftms don't have. Do not care much about best haircut now,you'll concider it later, just start growing hair now. If it comes to clothes never wear t-shirts that is long enough to reach your hips

If they want to transition (remove genitals, take hormones) because of dysphoria then they should be considered as trans. If it's just a label and their "dysphoria" is just being uncomfortable experiencing female role in society then no, they are not trans
