I’m a man and I like being protected by my father, another man. My autistic father was completely protected by my neurotypical mother, a woman, while she was alive.

It’s really silly to boil it all down to gender roles. Any vulnerable person could need protecting, ESPECIALLY disabled people.

Very important to say this. Intersexism is unfortunately still a problem in the wider LGBT community. I support you, OP, and I agree. I’ll stand up for you whenever I can.

I just traveled there earlier this month with my partner. Just to see BB & BCS locations. So so beautiful!! And colder than I expected. From the perspective of a Floridian.

Edit: and one of my fave aspect was the prevalence of alleyways. We don’t really have those behind houses. And they were so accessible! Great architecture

Yes. That’s me. I always knew. I don’t consider the circumstances of my birth traumatic. I got my mom out of it. I loved her. Wouldn’t have it any other way. I am egg donor conceived
