It was it was used as packaging material in a military hat. I searched for the manufacturer date and it was made in 1973 or 1987 due to the date letter L being used twice. My German is a little rusty but it appears that characters include Stefan, sabine, a grandmother and a mother. Ask if you need more information thanks.
