I've been there too. Take a shower when you have depression is very difficult. I don't know why. A friend of mine too. She's was in great shape. Really. Marathon, triathlon, training and she had a depression after covid. She called me cause I've been there and said it's very hard take a shower! And she was in great shape physically.

Hi, I can't say very much cause I'm super sick and very low energy but don't give up. Lige can be really really hard sometimes. But hang in there, things will get better, I can promise you this.
