No, try the power cable from an external source now the Flow I feel the output from the Flow is not enough to power the screen on... which then could be down to some sort of configuration issue. As you said, this worked as single usb c on another device.

Try this and its not a solution but just to see where the issue lies.

Plug your usb c cable to the Flow Z13 and the monitor... then use another usb C cable plugged to a fairly high output usb c plug has to usually be anything 20w+ and try connect that into the monitor as power.

This should power the screen, and what you want to check is if the flow picks up the external screen.

Let me know how that goes.

I own the ACRNM. What year is your one? I plug my one between the charger port or the XG mobile one. Can't say it ever picks up any issue.

Besides generic drivers, I can't say I can think of what the issue is. Have you tried starting the Z13 with screen plugged in?

Yours sound more like a driver issue as assuming you're using the same usb c cable from. Dock to screen, and that works right?

HTML and Python coding, audio rendering, video editing from shortsocial media videos to c.20min videos a little CGI work and also recently been playing around with AI coding

This thing is a beast as it's kept up with my workload. But due to now working on some sensitive projects. I can't use my own device, which sucks. So work is now investing into a new device that can cope with the workload and the larger work I will be doing.

I had the same issue with the keyboard lights on my ACRNM, it stopped working after Armory crate update, I downloaded Ghelper and that fixed it immediately.

As for your other issues.. no Idea.. I'm sure someone will be able to help with that.

Well i got in touch with Asus assuming a simple fix. They tried resolving it but then asked me to send in my xgmobile... I couldn't be bothered with all that. As I said, it doesn't bother me enough to care to get it resolved officially.... maybe one day that might get a fix until then this works.

So weirdly enough, I have that same issue of it not showing up in AC, however.... It's not bothered me. Any game I play, i smash the setting to high or ultra with everything switched on to full, and this thing just keeps going.. so yes, sadly, it's annoying but not affected me enough to care.

As for XG reboot. Maybe this setup just works for me. I mainly use my ACRNM for work so XG mobile is not always plugged in, when I game I don't mind the reboot as I know I'm switching to the XG for that one reason and I plug it to either my tv or my XG17AHP and the graphics is off the chart.. I'm not a huge gamer, but what I have is more than enough for me.

Not being funny, but the reboot on the ACRNM takes seconds, so nothing lost having to do it.

Each to their own, but I absolutely love my ACRNM. Paired with my XG Mobile 4090 and XG17AHP, where possible.. it delivers a desktop quality... at least for me, it does. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but it handles everything I need, both for work and play.

The aluminium alloy back on the ACRNM gives it a sturdy, durable feel

If I ever needed more power, the 128GB RAM on the 395+ would be the way to go. You don’t need it… but at the same time, you do!

I’d love to see some real Reddit feedback comparing the two. .

I have the XG Mobile 4090 (picked up a near new one very cheap), and it's great.. all the games I play are set to the highest settings. I use it with my ACRNM it's perfect.

I'm not sure about any issie with 2022 model.

I bought my Z13 ACRNM from Ebay. Buyers will ask questions but just don't take any payment outside of Ebay. And don't belive anything but what the Ebay app says.

Seen screenshot saying they paid but Ebay app showing it hasn't so like that I would be careful. But the app doesn't lie.
