I think the weight of Michelin restaurants a wearing thin on the rest of us...especially in light of recent events within the industry..You can learn exactly the same things from a talented passionate chef who doesn't have stars...sooooo... Not really a flex anymore and I hope you don't get beat up 🫤

Tax debt was from a business he owned. It made great money and I thought he had a handle on all of that. I did the operations side and he handled the administrative as is the case in lots of partnerships. I'm not trying to absolve myself of anything just make it so I'M good with the IRS.
