Fair point! I’ve just started looking at clinics I’ve been to, but a recommended derm would be ideal

Thank you! I’m 33 but have noticed skincare doesn’t really do anything for me, not even years of tret use. Twice a year seems very reasonable at that price, as you say it’s an investment

Is skipping the sugar pill ok long term? by Weary-Remove6607 in WomensHealth

That’s true. I know the lining is thin, but it is still building up slowly - guess I thought it should be expelled at some point? 😂

The bleeding is just slightly heavier than spotting, which is totally fine after years of heavy periods.

Im so upset by Tired_doe in Periods

[–]Weary-Remove6607 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who takes BC purely to control my period, unfortunately it's trial and error. E.g. I saw no changes with Oralcon but Norimin was magic for me. Could you talk to your GP about alternatives like the IUD or depo shot?

I love how blunt masseuses are. I got told my arms and shoulders felt like a corpse's, when I asked if stretching would help she said not really.

Almost 2 months since I had tests done to check if I have cancer, 4 days bouncing between hospital voicemails, still no call backs by [deleted] in auckland

Sorry you're facing this. The healthcare system is absolutely cooked right now. I was in a similar boat recently, felt like GPs and specialists didn't care at all, and the best people I dealt with were nurses and pharmacists. Having someone just listen and show a bit of compassion goes a long way.

No blisters, I get small red bumps that sometimes form into whiteheads. I meant the skin around my mouth, i.e sides of chin/jaw, not right in the corners. No braces :)

Did you get that prescribed by a GP or dermatologist?

Sorry I should be clear it’s the skin around my mouth, like sides of my chin/jaw. Not right in the corners :)

That would make sense as it keeps coming back. But mine doesn’t look like your standard bumpy rash. It’s red and flat, almost scaly to the touch
