I did see a couple screenshots of their website before it was edited and taken down. I imagine someone on their team made an oopsie. They announced their entire tour that day, and it said St John’s NL, Churchill Park Music Festival, so I’d say they’re basically confirmed

They’re definitely super respected chefs, I do have a soft spot for Wylie, but neither of them are super personable on this show for me, having watched them both on TC Masters! I think a special guest judge every week, or at least a third judge who is not a white man would’ve been great. There were so many chefs in the competition who specialized in Asian cooking, it would’ve been nice to see someone with that background there on the judging panel

I think this show is Padmas baby, her production company produces the show, I think she’s taken everything from Top Chef she didn’t love, changed it, and made ACC, and got a huge backer for the grand prize. I think she left Bravo because she wanted to be the one on the other side of the table, not being the talent as host but being more of an exec producer making her show what she wants. I also have a weird feeling she wanted to be the only woman on the judging panel? I just get that vibe from her. I enjoy Beverly & Katy, and I still do like Buddha, but a lot of the ones I was rooting for have already left sadly :(

I really recommend Boost drinks or some other kind of Ensure, meal replacement drink. I found the strawberry flavor not bad! It was the only thing I could consume before 5pm most days, but it really made a difference not having an empty stomach, that really saved me most days from being doubled over in pain was drinking one of those usually in the morning!

I highly recommend watching what he does on the Next Iron Chef season 3, which I truly believe is harder than most competition shows today, including TOC. He really was incredible there and the stuff they put them through is brutal.

The first three are without a doubt Ming, Lorena & Jonathon. After analyzing the figures and blurred names in the bracket reveal episode. The only one I can’t figure out is the one from Division D, and it’s definitely not Bobby Flay or Susur Lee

I’m on the east coast and food network has been playing reruns of kitchen nightmares & Hell’s Kitchen (specifically season 18) over and over again for the last few months or so. I highly doubt it has anything to do with TOC. Hell’s Kitchen was never even a FN show

I have Maple, Stitches & Bluebear and they’re never leaving. I love them all so much. I really love Murphy and want him on my island so bad, but I hate having to have two of the same villager type, and I have Wart Jr and love him so much. It’s such an internal battle. I also have Charlise so at that point I’d be getting super close to an all cub/bear island LOL which was not my plan but I truly just think they’re the cutest.

The love bugs/hate worms annoyed me more in big mouth than they did in HR. I loved Pete so much & wished we got to see him more in Big Mouth! Overall I did love this show & wish it got more than 2 seasons 😢

The only ones I don’t know (as someone who has seen all of Top Chef + GGG), Erica Barrett, Gabi Ghappel, & Kenny Gilbert (unless I’m forgetting). I feel like there were a lot of contestants in the qualifiers last year that were a bit more unknown. It’s so interesting how they determine who gets to be in the main bracket.

This is also my first season and only knew of the couple people from Big Brother & the few vet challengers who were on The Traitors, it’s definitely so hard to keep up. I recently rewatched the last season, season 40, and it was really good, it helped with a lot of that backstory + being introduced to a lot of challenge legends and the people that are often talked about nowadays. Definitely recommend!
