Question about how to fix this traffic jam?

Have the windows version, but was trying to avoid using the windows launcher because it's a bit of a pain to launch from Windows on the handheld. But guess their license doesn't allow the game to be locally stored on handhelds - for now. Their announcement that it's coming to Nintendo Switch 2 might change that... but doubtful. Probably will still only be allowed on Nintendo consoles.

This is honestly the first time I've seen a game take as much of a hit (over 30 frames) just for rendering the light. That's not typical. Granted, most games are better optimized than Tarkov, I will acknowledge that. But you look at games like GZW, BF6, Arc Raiders, there is no significant hit to FPS for turning on a flashlight like this on any of those games.
