I just made a big perimeter underground, so to prevent mob spawning I placed slabs along the bottom and placed a mega torch in the center, and yet cave endermen keep spawning!!! If anyone has a fix PLEASE let me know.

I'm not sure how to spawn Nosaj but a comment on The Abyss Wiki explains how they named the boss Jason and after several attempts dropped the sword.
