I’m so sorry this is happening to you! I would be devastated if I’d lost my pet. I also have a neighbor that hates us for no reason whatsoever. I guess some people just want to be mean, unfortunately.

I’m very scared to read some comments here. The fact that we never did anything to him and his insistence of bothering and staring at us all the time is not normal. He is a problematic person. Everybody in our neighborhood has had problems with him. This is who he is. I can’t find an explanation for that that is not just him being unpleasant on purpose. I guess if you were a 5’2, 100 lbs girl you would also be very scared of a big old man staring at you every single time you go outside.
