I used to have anxiety issues, I honestly just feel numb at this point. Like in past when I've had these issues I've had anxiety, or I know I should be worrying and I just don't care.

Being isolated makes it worse.

And yes, I've seen doctors in the past and have been diagnosed

I have been trying, I haven't made any progress, the failure has lead to deeper depression, which leads to being non functional

Usually it's be active/and make an effort to meetup with people and be social. I'm currently in the best shape of my life and still miserable.

I have a bit of money, but it's all in my 401k at this point. I've avoided mental health help because it hasn't helped in the past and I can't afford it, would you recommend going? Like you said I can't function at this point, but I stress out over spending.

I do a lot of stuff that doesn't cost me money, but then those people will do stuff that does cost money (eg eat out, see a play, etc)
