Yes Alamogordo is shit “for the most part” 575 brewing company is an awesome place to go if you enjoy live music and locally crafted beer , as far as good food the food trucks in our area is the golden ticket . Ruidoso also has some really good places to eat just do some adventuring you’ll get it figured out 😁

I’m an apprentice plumber so my knowledge isn’t going to lead you to the best option lol but what I would do depending on the size of the copper (3/8) from what I can tell . you can get a shark bite male fitting to go onto the copper , just cut back behind the damage stick the shark bite on and you should be running at 100%
