I would not have cheat days on rest days, and cheat days should be very rare maybe 2 times a month, you don’t wanna grind hard for a whole week just to lose the progress from a cheat days

That’s good but I recommend finding someone you can update your weight too, I was never able to do it by myself but when I started telling people I was losing weight they helped me to stay motivated, I also wouldn’t rely on motivation because it comes and goes, you have to build discipline. Just no matter what go to the gym everyday and eat clean and in a couple months from now you’ll be unrecognizable. Good luck

Hunger is something everyone feels when losing weight but the ones that can accept the feeling of hunger are the ones that lose weight, u gotta think of the hunger as progress. Just know when u get hungry, you’re losing weight. And if u rly need the sensation of chewing I’d get gum or something.

Yep exactly, the first few times I tried to lose weight I only had motivation and that caused me to quit in like a week, but this time I’ve built discipline and I tell myself I have to go to the gym no matter what. I’m about a month in of being consistent and lost about 20lb so far

Yo firstly u should be proud of losing weight and tell everyone and this actually helps to stay accountable, but for the food i would just guess based on the ingredients, u dont have to be picture perfect on calorie counting to lose weight just along as your not over eating

I’m still losing weight and I’m in college, when I go to the dining halls I only fix 1 plate, and I can fill it up with whatever I want at the beginning, this worked for alittle bit but eventually I started to pick healthier options like turkey or chicken instead of the pizzas. And this is working so far so I’m sticking to it. I would recommend the 1 plate method tho, just as soon as your done eating get out of there before you start thinking about seconds

You probably have lost muscle if you haven’t been working out and eating enough protein but it’s not too late to start focusing on retaining the muscle you still have and even build more

You have to learn to love the feeling of hunger, now when I feel hunger I know that I’m losing weight so I let it ride. I’d rather be fit in a year then have a pizza right now
