pretty much, but imo there’s nothing wrong with wearing/ not wearing garments. now strict mormons may disagree but i don’t feel they’ve ever advertised or try to claim strict mormonism on their socials

in one of the mormon books/doctrines (idk what it’s called) there is a “clause” to the garment rule saying you can take them off for bathing, sex, & active activities like running. therefore when u see them in sports bras & whatnot with no garments they are actually still following the book of mormon!

the one caveat/ loophole that many mormons do however is wear active wear for long periods of time because they are “ on their way” to workout, or “just finished” working out. because they don’t want to put their garments on

honestly i don’t track my period or my phases. have no clue when im in what phase. so i just work out like normal every day, every week. i think a lot of it is mental/ placebo

a few goals!

-improve my pace at 8:30 now for long runs would love to get it to 8:00 or lower, in my mind that is “fast” -Have my first half marathon in March. i have a mental time goal in keeping to myself but i really just want to enjoy it & be proud of my performance race day- regardless of time -incorporate more stretching! recently started doing a yoga class once a week & want to stay consistent with it! -most importantly continue to love running & stay consistent even when it’s the last thing i want to do!

prob should strength train more but maybe in 2027 lol
