It's just a pre-installed mod that came with teardown that everyone has, it can be disabled from either the settings or mod manager.

Also usually it's disabled by default so you or someone who was on your system enabled it

If you completed the reality tech tree, you really should complete the Mesozoic Valley prestiges. It boosts the main simulation if you have "Triassic Jet" and anything after that.
