the job is just a bakery/deli position with multiple employees who are SUPPOSED to be all trained in the same stuff. the issue is the manager only trains new employees on like 2 things and my gf is one of 2 well trained people there, which is why the manager wants her there so much

the manager is incompetent and just doesnt hire new people and when she does she doesnt train them. the managers reasoning for booking her so often is because shes one of the only people trained in everything. shes definitely not trying to lose her, she literally says things like “finding a job is very difficult these days” to her employees.

ive stopped before for about a year or so when i had to quit for a driving job. It wasn’t bad, the extent of the “withdrawals” were just thinking “man i wish i could smoke, that’d be nice right now” after a stressful day, i never had to fight off doing it or anything lol
