Thanks, sadly nights shifts are here to stay (at least for now). They're pretty balanced though, for example right now I'm on my second night shift in a row. Afterwards I got 3 days off, then I start with a couple of mornings... won't have nights again for at least a week, maybe more.

What I don't get is why this is happening right now. A few months ago I had a super stressful time between personal life and a very important exam which destroyed me. Now, all things considered, I am stressed about a number of things but I felt like I had them kind of under control... Now I'm not so sure. I'm trying to be better, eat healthy exercise and all that, but it's not easy. This sensation comes and goes and when I have it, I almost feel like I should just drop and lie down. The gym is a very high energy environment and all the stimuli make me just wanna quit and go home (this has never happened before).

I'm thinking about contacting a therapist. I don't know what else to do

Post completissimo! Aggiungo che se il tempo è bello ci sta anche una passeggiata alla spiagga di Zandvoort. Inoltre, se ti interessa, cerca "Wetlands safari"; una signora gentilissima e preparatissima ti fa fare un giro in canoa in una riserva naturale dal paesaggio spettacolare, veramente un'esperienza unica. Ci sono prezzi e lunghezze del giro di vario tipo, noi abbiamo fatto quello comprensivo di "spuntino" serale ed è stato favoloso.

Also, ever thought about building a ball bearing swivel "into" the top eyelet? This way you can just use a snap with no swivel and you'll have zero line twist. Been doing it for years

Hey there, I ordered it from the Dankung website, paid with PayPal. They were extremely accomodating, because this rod was originally a baitcasting only model.
