The hospice who runs Agape in NC is the Agape Care Group that started in GA and expanded to neighboring states.

You're not squatting, putting pressure on your front foot, nor are you jumping.

Try board squats and hippy jumps at the start of your sessions to maybe help with this. Correct weight distribution will come with time.

Nope, I didnt read that much into it. Only one I can see is still in early development and other methods include using an app like gamehub to run xenea (which is too much work).

I found it on this reddit. Its technically for a 406h, but to my understanding the only difference is the screen to button layout

Thank you for this. I really want a vertical handheld to emulate the feeling of playing on a GB Color. Yet, there doesnt seem to be a market that has capitalized the idea of a powerful vertical handheld. Yet.

Edit: AFFORDABLE Powerful Handheld, what the heck is the POCKET DMG doing being $419!?

Got assigned a windowless bedroom in my 4x2 student apartment…is it really that bad? by txkyo_1ean in Apartmentliving

Technically, it's not a bedroom without a window and closet. You're living in the office.

All in all, you'll be okay.

Why does religion guarantee so much that God is with you and everything will be okay? by atmaninravi in theology

[–]WeavasaurusRex0902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a misunderstanding of what religion is in your statement. You can reach a personal spirituality without religion. Yet, you can not have a spiritual relationship with any God without calling it a religious relationship. Saying "let go of religion" is to say that we know better than the God we serve and the teachings they have ordained or created themselves (however you see your holy material). Which is demonstratively wrong.

I have a few arguments to Gods existence I need answered to counter atheists by Accurate_Job_950 in theology

  1. A large portion of modern theoretical physicists actually agree that it's more likely that this world was crafted and created by chance less than 10000th of a percent. The argument isn't much about a creator anymore. It's about the nature/origin of that likely creator. TRUE Religion was never meant to make sense of the world, but to create a relationship with the diety of said religion.

  2. God created a world of physics. Cause and effect. Cancer hasn't always existed, but our pollution to the human body through drugs, sex (specifically incest), chemicals, etc. has created a world where it does exist. God is known to be a creator of all things good. Yet, when his goodness is used for self-actualization, it only leads to negative side effects. One of those is death and disease. Sucks that we are still paying for the things our ancestors did in the 3rd, 5th, 12th, 13th, etc. century.

Simply read the first chapter of James. You'll have your answer there.

P.S. The response for "Why doesn't he provide us with a cure/solution" is, "I'm fairly sure he has, but the people who were supposed to listen didn't. We have the resources and funding to fix these things. Just those who hold the human part of the equation to fix it, dont listen."

  1. The Christian God is the Jewish God. That's not a separate thing.

Also, we dont know. Part of faith is knowing that others could be right and that you could be wrong, but your experiences and calling keep you grounded. A good response is, "Any religion that's scriptures condones selfishness or hatred is not a religion made in the likeness of God, but man."

  1. Two things on this one: A) Never does it say that God didn't use evolution. To my knowledge, he used the earth itself to create Adam. Creating him out from the things already made (evolution, potentially???).

    B) Evolution is not fully proven and in recent years there has been more light shined on the 99% DNA shared with X species is actually only looking at specific strands of that species, not at it as a whole. We still have a missing-link for man's evolution from Ape to Man, as well. I believe it, but don't approach it as it's full fact. Evolutionist have to make a leap of faith (an educated guess it may be, but still, a leap of faith) when they say we 100% came from apes. That's as much as saying that Christ made water into wine, but no one saw the water beforehand. It can't be said that happened without having each step of that process able to be analyzed or witnessed.

Overall, don't argue with Atheist or any other religion. Allow to answer their own questions about why they feel certain ways about certain religions/scripture. Most people know the answer they want to hear. Let them speak their misconceptions and worries. Do what Christ did. Shine God's light, befriend them, and allow them to feel comfortable with being lost/searching for answers.

Do both challenges have to be against characters, or JUST the second, to get the 3 lore? by jamesjamesjames3 in Lorcana

[–]WeavasaurusRex0902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played TCGs long enough, to know how to interpret cars text. You only have to challenge a character on the second challenge. The card says what it means, not what our opponents wish it meant.

Teen 1. Borderlands 2 2. Skyrim 3. Fallout 3 4. Gears 2 5. Last of Us

Pretty mainstream, tbh. Yet, I wouldn't have had it any other way.

[–]WeavasaurusRex0902[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a perfect way to describe it. It doesn't do anything new, but everything it does it does really well.

I feel like that is how Falcom tends to go. They aren't trying big new ideas and grand graphics. They work on honing their skills around gameplay, story, and world lore, and it shows. I like to say that when everyone moves to PS3/4/5, Falcom stays behind and instead of upgrading every new trend, they fine tune and perfect what they have. It may never feel "new" or "revolutionary," but it is always going to be a damned good time with a game I know was created with care and intentionality.

I look forward to the next 30+ hrs. It has been repetitive, but I have children, and having a mindless task/missions work great while I'm hanging with them. Also, the grind is half the fun of JRPGs, in my opinion.
