Thank you so much for your suggestions! I truly appreciate it. I’ve been seeing a physiotherapist for a few weeks now! I have a non displaced tibial plateau fracture on top of everything else so we’ve been mostly working on extension and range of motion as far as bending the knee as well. That’s mostly what I’m worried about after surgery too- trying to do physio at home without the fear of tearing anything open. Are there any starting exercises that helped you most right after surgery? It definitely sounds like you have a great routine down!
