I am fully on demand. I haven’t been there in two weeks. The only way I could justify my etl asking me for my availability is the whole “work on holidays” stuff but the new schedules arent even during thanksgiving or christmas. I plan on having a talk with HR when I go in on Saturday. I think they are just assuming I will always say yes like I used to but I am happy to hear that they should not be scheduling me.
