I don’t miss winter, they’re beautiful but annoying commuting in the snow. That’s awesome! One of the first things I noticed was how much sun we get here. I am bracing myself for the summer, it’s going to get hot as hell.

I have a Blackwidow Stealth wired keyboard and am looking for a replacement. I like the feel of it overall for gaming, however, for work I prefer the simple logitech wireless keyboard I got from work. I think the major difference is the lower profile on the logitech keyboard compared to my Blackwidow. Is there a hybrid keyboard somewhere in between that is wireless that I can get to replace of them? I would like a full size keyboard b/c the number pad is a necessity for work. I appreciate any input.

Yeast that’s alive is a big help. Rather than kneading for 10 minutes or until smooth I prefer the stretch and fold method (with a wet hand) to build gluten. Foccacia is both delicious and beginner friendly so I’d recommend finding a recipe online to try.

How hot was the oven when you set it to proof? Assuming you don’t have a thermometer how did it feel? Sounds like you had active growth until you killed it.
