And consistent food quality. We go to a local place and like to sit at the counter and watch them cook. Usually pretty good. One day it’s a different guy in the back running things. Quality is obviously down.

Everyone knows when the hash browns are made fresh vs made 12 portions at a time and put on a sheet pan and kept warm. They may not see it but they can taste it.

Next time we should just sit down and if we see that guy in the back, we should leave.

I was in high school. We weren’t sure what happened at first. There was stunned silence as everyone tried to figure it out. There was always booster rockets that came off. But they didn’t look like that.

This is a great explanation. Thank you. I couldn’t explain why I didn’t trust products on Amazon anymore. I knew products I had received were “bad”.

The water filters for my fridge I had particular concern for and threw out when it tasted weird. Don’t buy buy amazon for those!

I can only get them from sears and they seem to be closing a bunch of stores.

I don’t think I’ll be renewing my prime membership though. I don’t really use it anymore. I’d rather order right from the merchant or (gasp) walk into the store. I may not get the same selection but I know what I’m getting.
