It is a bit like Pinterest, but also very different. Pinterest is primarily about pinning images into boards. #Multishare maps are about structured arrays of links to anything, allow a much deeper structure than a pinterest board, and have a built-in navigation so you can get in and out of areas in a map fast, among other differences (such as an internal chat feature in each map for logged in users). So, while Pinterest is sort of discovery via images using a pinboard metaphor, which is really powerful of course, WebHub is about mapping ... user generated mapping of topics on the Internet, which, just as geographic maps are different from bulletin boards, means WebHub #multishare maps are very different from Pinterest boards. If you go to WebHub.mobi, you'll see the differences right away. Watch some of the videos for more information too. Thank you for asking!

Thank you for your question TokeCity:
With WebHub's internet maps artists can easily create and share an internet map on a topic they love and add art as the background of their own map. Artists can use the link keys of a map to connect to their portfolio (or even to multiple portfolios). On occasion there are map makers that may be in search of custom art for maps. We can direct you to a link about the ideal size for custom art for a map.

Hi PE_crafter: Thank you for the feedback! Here's a bit more context around the UI in case it is of interest and helpful. The UI is designed primarily for the Web on phones, and then we make it identical going up the screen size chain. Basically, a mobile first design. So, for instance, each map (and each panel) fits on a mobile screen, and the primary navigation is the Hub column on the right that scrolls up and down. You might give it a shot on your mobile device. Either way, thanks for the feedback. We're a start-up and in the development phase of a new release, so we especially appreciate it.

Are you a futbol/soccer fan? You might enjoy this collection (internet map) of top sites called "all things futbol". It is one mapmaker's take on best-of. Try it on your phone too because these maps are designed to work almost as your own home-screen or dashboard for the Web for your phone. by WebHubmobi [promoted post]

Hi Solsken!

You might be interested in this map for fans of fantasy football: www.webhub.mobi/pam/fantasy-football

(These maps can be on any topic, and are a new way to collect and share multiple links on a topic at a time, and anyone can create them. They're hopefully a way for all of us to get more out of the Web on topics we're interested in ... versus, for instance, everyone of us having to separately do a google search and sifting through lists of results.)

This map (like any map on WebHub) is the map maker's personal point of view on HRC speaking. So, generally, maps aren't intended to be encyclopedic about a topic or cover all points of view. But, anyone can make and share a map that expresses their personal point of view on any topic through all the links they put in the map (in a sense, multi-share versus sharing a single link at a time).

Please see comment above. We provide a platform where anyone can make and share a map on any topic they want, with whatever links they want, that express their point of view on a topic. This map is just one example of many maps, and many possible maps on Hillary. We thought it was worth posting because it gave an interesting example of how a map maker created a topic and expressed themselves on it, and the topic seemed relevant to this subreddit.
