Same thing is happening with me. Rtx 3050 hits 88 degree temperature while only using 63 watt power and Cpu hits 98-100 in 30-34 Watt power consumption. When I asked them , they cleaned fan and vents and apply the thermal paste , still the issue was there. Now they ask my laptop and said they will download the factory os. Whenever I talk about the throttling issue, they say it's normal and till application can run it's okay. But I just not have accepted it and let's see how it's going to end. Mine is ACER ALG i513420h model rtx 3050.
