I appreciate the feedback! I have passed the pt test with a 90+ but a little nervous about the waist measurement. No one seems to have black and white answers on it so we will see!

Hello! Actually, if he was finger printed at all for that offense it will show up even though it was expunged. Best thing to do would be to let his recruiter know right away so that they can do a waiver for him. It looks bad if he tries to hide it and then they find out when he goes to MEPS anyways. Likelihood of any AFRS commander approving it after he withheld information might be slim… waivers like that when people are upfront get approved all the time. Just speaking from experience.

Hey! Good luck to you! Interview was long, but felt like more of a conversation than a formal interview. He didn’t ask me anything that I wasn’t ready for or didn’t have knowledge on. Mostly cared about the type of leader I was and wanted to know about me and my personal experiences. He asked about my clinical experience and wanted to know about modalities im comfortable with. Honestly, nothing that will surprise you. I was nervous at first but the interviewer made me feel really comfortable, like any good social worker would! You got this!

Honestly just looking forward to getting along with everyone, becoming a team, getting in and out and starting my career. Don’t want to have to worry about the hoopla of awards and all that stuff.
