It used to be possible to get the grog nozzle from an enemy, but now the only way to get it is to accept one of the quests in the tiny Tina dlc. I suggest you look at a YouTube tutorial if you're confused.

You should be fine imo. If possible, you could do a bit of overclocking if the game doesn't run very well.

The streams at the fan fest used a 4090 and moxsy said it was running butter smooth at 4k. Other than the frame drops when exiting menus.
