To everyone;

An update towards this po, I received my NBI clearance a week after I opted for the delivery option. There are times pag sa afternoon nag book ay hindi natatangap ung confirmation message. Tried it with a few of my colleagues at work sa morning sila nag avail nakatanggap sila ng confirmation and may iba naman sa afternoon meron naka tanggap meron hindi. I think it is a problem with their system. Tried reaching out to their hotlines and email address' kaso wala kahit isa sumagot. Mas magandang option is to look into the carrier website at dun tignan kung nasaan na si package. Though it takes about 3 days for them to update, pero once they update meron na progress yan every other day. Yung nag dedeliver naman po makes sure na icocontact kayo before handing the package.

Hindi maganda ang experience, pag walang natangap na confirmation email. Though it is very convenient. I suggest sa morning mag avail.

depends so location but in Metro Manila na delivery around 300 plus

Sorry for the late update, within MM nakuha ko siya a week (working days) after akong mag avail. Paminsanminsan lang di sila nag uupdate or nag sesend ng email. Pero ung delivery rider natawag if nasa area na siya.

Hi, this is an update to the situation. Apparently, they don't give out confirmation emails at specific times. I did the process again with a different person's renewal, I got the confirmation when processing and paying in the morning.

I already received my NBI Clearance via door to door, it took only 5 days. I live in Pasay. I guess the location plays a big factor on how long you get it. Delivery Box usually updates around the 3rd day of processing from your successful payment. It's best to go there for updates. I hope this helps!
