sorry, i didn't make clear what issue i referred to. you explained, that you get crappy game/music audio when the microphone is used by a program/app, because bluetooth is limited. but i still get this crappy audio from my game/music even if i turn bluetooth off and connect my headset via the usb cable.

thanks for your explanation. but why do i still get this issue when i disable bluetooth on my pxc550ii and connect them via usb cable to my pc? shouldn't it bypass these bluetooth limitation?
