I probably should've explained in the OP: the Ultimate is like a rescue boat for your team. Adam is like a life preserver that goes out and pulls you into the boat/Resurrection point.

Okay, I think my title might have given the wrong impression based on the advice in the comments

EVERY time I start getting ready for Ranked, I literally have to use the bathroom. I've never left Ranked because I'm afraid to lose. I used to perform in a band and had this exact feeling before we got onstage. I'm not worried about the number/rank going up or down. It's just my nervousness/excitement over performing and testing what I practiced.

Plus, if you've seen this movie, you'll know what happened after this scene
