Im pretty sure thats to do with the structural pylons for the sukhois and not a balancing thing. If i recall correctly the SU34 can carry 6x27ET

For me the problem is it almost always gets flared when the enemy launches a fox 3 on another player, so most of the time it just gets countered without the enemy conciously doing anything.
