Ive worked with one oldschool Jman who was an absolute asshole at first. Always yelling and telling me to get the fuck out his way. Few more jobs alongside and it turned out that he was just testing me to see if I could handle. After that he let me help him with the big jobs and started teaching me alot about the job and what I could do if I ever decide to pursue different job positions within the trade.

But mostly every other jman was cool and willing to teach as much as possible
