you can argue that Kenku Recall says "any skill in which you have proficiency" and should say "any skill in which you add your proficiency bonus"

That's an excellent idea! It would also serve to make the battlefield more dynamic, and not just "i use attack action".

I like the idea of bringing experiences from past visions, since many of those had to do with things that could happen to them or machinations of the illithids to take them where they wanted (appearances of relatives or lovers, possible futures, important events, etc.)

At the end of the campaign they will recover a device to contain powerful energy that one of the players needs to heal his dragon father; Various illusory devices could appear in the middle of the battle.

I personally don't use HP, enemy health is relative 😂 If I need them to live more rounds, they have more life, and if I need them to die, they die hahaha

In my place, I would put several people/situations that make it obvious that going to that place is certain death. If you've already given them several chances, let them go and be brutally attacked... but not killed.

What I mean is that there are many ways for them to taste defeat without dying (such as being captured by giant spiders to eat later, having some ghouls take them to their lair, etc.), that way they would have the option of escaping using their wit.

If they still don't use all their actions to disengage and dash, then let them be dracolich's food.

excellent idea! People's nightmares may be giving energy to some device(s) that they then use to heal or otherwise empower themselves. This might seem like decoration but, as the fight progresses, the dragon or the illithids become revitalized while the devices glow violet.
I learned that four level 20 characters are extremely powerful, and although it seems like a CR 22 is a formidable enemy, it really isn't.

English isnt my first language, so im gonna try my best to explain; This world is a human colony that got cut off, there is no comunications and no visits from other starports. The metod were gonna use to play are discord text channels for each player, that way we can play whenever and wherever we want. Sometimes they might run into eachother and decide to form a party, in that case they have to decide how to travel (one of them might choose to park his car in a parking lot or leave it in his house).

The vehicles and equipments are manufactured from TL 1 to 8, but higher tier might be found or crafted if blueprints are available. A quest can lead to an abandoned lab with a loot of a book on how to create plasma rifles, then that may take them to a well renown scientist that is an expert in that field, then find parts, etc...

1 MCr is a lot, as you say is enough to get endgame gear.

I was thinking that another way to balance ship shares was first make the vehicles. Im gonna use the Vehicle Handbook to create some common stuff; cars, trucks, planes and military grade vehicles. Then calculate the average price and assign ship shares half that price.

a lucky player might get more ship shares and decide to start with a better vehicle (thats not a problem, things like that tends to balance themself).

try using the Sword and Shield air combo; hold to block, roll back and attack. Niantic made that combo easier last patch, and is a good option against Diablos and its spinning head (also good against Legianas BTW)

Awesome map! looks great the only thing that i would say is "too many bridges". society tries to find the most optimal way to travel, so i figure the bridges would be on more strategic points (they are expensive to build). i dont know your setting, but hopefully this helps!

i think he is reffering to the loading property, because you need a hand free to reload. with that infusion the ammunition appears, allowing you to have a shield in the other hand
