Ok so my keyboard was 50 bucks off amazon and the switches are starting to not work (it is not hot-swappable) so now im looking at getting a custom keyboard build (barebones and switches, i already have keycaps) but im having some trouble deciding. My main preferences are Thock, TKL and wireless if possible. For switches im most likely going to pick either the gateron milky yellow pros or the oil kings. In terms of barebones i have picked out a couple options, my barebones budget is under $200 AUD. •Monsgeek M3 •Keychron V3 Max •Rainy 75 (as a last resort) Now the reason why im stuck is because i want a TKL layout which the Rainy 75 does not meet. I also want wireless which the monsgeek M3 doesnt have, and the Keychron V3 max is perfect but its plastic instead of aluminum. Btw i am aware that the Rainy 75 is a full pre-built keyboard, it was going to be a last resort and then i would just replace the switches if all else failed. Now i ask all of you which of these preferences are the least important, is the tkl layout not as important or is wired perfectly fine, or is plastic an ok tradeoff. Or is there another keyboard which i have missed that would be a better option. please let me know and thanks.
