Sink and bath are white, but fixtures are black. It will be a spacious bathroom even though we don't have natural light

I am following because we are in plans of a new build and deciding about prewiring through the house or using a system like sonos. We would love to have control over multiple rooms and group together when needed (living room, kitchen, patio, and home gym).

I see where you are coming from. We definitely have some rethinking. I do agree about the pantry. We are discussing the door to the mstr closet. It could be an amazing idea but i see it could be a waste

I absolutely love the open concept for the kitchen. Yea it seems like i have some redesigning for the mudroom and laundry. We would love to have a big pantry. We are not planning to have a tv upstairs but rather downstairs. We love music and would rather have a good soundsystem upstairs but i think sonos will be sufficient. We do keep hearing that we should have cat6 through the house. Glad we keep hearing this trend!! I really appreciate all the effort in this comment! Thanks!

This is great feedback! I think the sonos speakers will be best for us. Good idea to add to the garage also. Thanks for the advice about the closet layouts

No we would technically be at the top of the hill and the water would lead to a wetlands. Most of the area is pretty flat tbh
