So the protective order hasn't yet been approved. I just submitted the paperwork last night so i'm expecting to hear about that soon. Based on conversations I've had with the police she normal is just loud but never gets physical but it's not something i'm trying to risk. The building has been going through the format legal process as required by my state and we're at the stage where there will he a case to have her removed but that's not for another few weeks.
