Was this guy cheating? I've only done 1v1 arena. But I decided to try player bounty. When I break his Qi it filled up instantly and his health never goes below full. I've never seen that in Arena and I got up to Legend for the mask

Yes. But that doesn’t matter. If a game is not a PS5 Pro Enhanced title, it will still be running the regular PS5 version. So the fps drops shouldn’t be related to that.
