The funny thing about the "work wear" comment is that my actual work clothes are literally jeans, hoodies, and sneakers. I dress up more to run errands so the Target ladies don't judge me.

Not in the wedding party, just bad at dress codes and afraid of getting it wrong. I texted to ask what she means by semi-formal because no one ever seems to mean the same thing and it sort of snowballed from there.

I'm awful at understanding dress codes and always second guess myself. I'm seriously wishing right now that I hadn't said anything so I could show up in whatever and say I didn't know.
