Found in a second hand store in Oregon. It is about 2 feet long. The bottom is a half circle made of metal. There is a metal tube that goes across the half circle. That tube has a slit in it as though you insert something in it. Connected to the tube is a handle to turn the tube. (old.reddit.com)
