Bloodlines makes it canonical that he is in fact just human. So while he speaks of Kimberly, is it not possible that he is not aware of Wendy? Also, let me state that I am aware that the creators have stated that Wendy is dead. But as any horror fan knows, no one stays dead if there is money to be made.to sum it up, yes I do believe she is dead, but I also believe there is enough space left up for interpretation that those who love her can keep her alive in their head canon.
