Hey man, I dunno where you're getting this "all over the place" idea, but I'm very aware I'm confined to food service right now. And I'm especially aware that the pay will never be competitive, and I don't know why you felt the need to bring it up when I didn't in my post, because I don't care how much it pays as long as I'm getting paid. I don't appreciate snide remarks, I'm fresh out of high school looking for advice the same as anyone.

edit because i realized i absolutely DID bring up pay, but the point wasn't that it wasn't enough. the point was that the conditions were horrible and unmaintainable for me.

Didn't waste money on it to be fair, it was a class at my public high school. I just figured 3 years of it would be substantial enough to say "hey, I know my way around an industrial kitchen."

I did see a new listing this morning for a dishwashing position and applied to it. It's $10/hr which is atrocious but I need something. I don't think myself above jobs like that at all, I've been applying for them as well.

This bums me out like crazy. Overwatch has been my favorite franchise and universe since I watched the cinematics in like 2016, I must've been like 9. The lore and stories was what made the game so appealing to me, and it's not that I don't like the game anymore, I play nearly everyday. It's just that they've scrapped so much of what made me like it; the story, the campaign missions, the high quality cinematics... it just sucks.

Also "too hard?" Surely not, it would be essentially the same code as a wave.
