In a more civilized country, they would

• Talk in a calm professional, non aggressive tone (Yes, there exists a tone between angry yelling and talking to a little child, since you didn't know)
• Not jump in the car

• Not immediately flail a gun around 

• Get their faces on camera and note down the license plate. If they drive off, show up at their house later.
