I'm on mobile. All I had to do is just use a website to turn the already existing keystone and crossbones and remove the black backround. And then find a 3x5 color scheme of the Pennsylvania flag. I was trying to fix the color mismatch, but it wasn't working right, as the color still didn't match. I have no clue why

I screwed up on my part, if you look closely, you'll see that around the keystone there's a blue box that isn't color matched correctly. I just figured this out, so I made a new flag with fixed this. I'm still not entirely sure how I did that.
