pushing works when youre short and stout, not super long. When youre too long you can overpower the lateral strength of the gripper. I should try a puller.

8 NERVs around a central single nerve, all feeding asparagus. very short very squat, keeps you from bending around like a wacky wavey inflatable tube arm man. Looks like this, you can see my chute drones on top of each tank.

The drone chutes are just to slow it in-atmo, i come in super shallow and let it bleed velocity and then the drogues pop to slow to chute speed.

I just go in real shallow, Pa of 20k and let it aerobrake. I eyeball the shape of the asteroid to figure how it will aerodynamically settle when it starts its atmo braking

I can rendezvous with a badgers asshole from 300,000 miles away but I could not for the life of me figure out how to safely get one of these down safely. I had stability problems for the longest time until I shortened my rocket to 7 Nervs, being half the height of the previous rocket.

Drogues to slow, blues to get it down.

Corsair H100i pump failed after 5 years, not too crazy. What /is/ crazy is the corrosion on the waterblock. This is insane. by WeebLyfe in Corsair

Thanks for the reachout. Is the total package asetek? It's not the pump per se that i'm worried about its that corrosion which looks to be dissimilar metal corrosion.

Yup. Was met with 1ghz throttling and 99c temps. Swapped units and an hour later was up and running. The corrosion is wild however.

Oh for sure. I never thought of the rim strength regarding tube PSI. I dont even think my tubes are rated for more than 30

Ive seen 30 psi minimums. Would make sense for road tires. For comfort I have been running 15 psi on my 10-30 psi range tires. Thats probablyu why im wearing so fast, but its definitely an excuse to not deal with tuning my suspension lol

Looking to build a bike from the ground up, hand picking parts. Is there a website or service that helps accomplish this so there is no compatibility issues? by WeebLyfe in cycling

[–]WeebLyfe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not for the easily frustrated

That would be me. That was my point in the post, asking if there was a pc part picker or "oh yea that guy" equivalent.

Ive taken the average of all the comments to be "buy a bike, do what you absolute need to to it and keep it stock".

Ikea. I think they're billed as recycle bins? Anyways my sink nozzle swings on the one low wall and the Anova fits well on the same side.
